Every project I share or collaborate with, every initiative I engage in, is based on one principle: change is never the result of a single act , but of the synergy between common intentions and far-sighted perspectives .

My experiences
After completing a master’s degree in Economics with a specialization in Management and Finance, I embarked on an academic and professional journey that led me to explore the world of strategic management and market innovation, while maintaining a focus on the financial side. I continued my studies with an MBA, a PhD in international economics and finance, and several advanced masters, delving into topics such as international economics, talent development, risk management, startup investments, and territorial development, with a particular focus on sustainability, innovation and sustainable finance.

At the same time, I began working on concrete projects, collaborating with companies and emerging organizations to develop strategies capable of generating value. Some of these experiences include the 50Under30 program by Confindustria, Federmanager, and Fondirigenti, as well as roles at the United Nations, the European Parliament, and participation in DesiGenZ by Unicredit.

My roles as Vice President of the first board of the first Junior Enterprise at the University of Eastern Piedmont, as Private Cooperation Manager at Junior Enterprises Europe, and as Ambassador for the Warwick Economic Forum, the largest student-led economic forum in the world, allowed me to connect with Italian and international decision-makers. These experiences led to the development of impactful projects, including research, analyses, and consultancy initiatives involving students, businesses, and institutions.

At the age of 24, I co-founded my first startup, inNavi, one of the first benefit corporations in the nautical sector, recognized by the Genoa International Boat Show as one of the most promising startups in the industry. Initially launched as the "Airbnb of boats" and later transformed into a yacht management service club, it was my first entrepreneurial venture, through which I participated in incubation and acceleration programs, events, and meetings that helped me build the skills needed to create true territorial impact.

Driven by a passion for business development and sustainable finance, I have collaborated with companies such as Buzzi Unicem, Sotheby’s, Cerved, FIMAA, and Guidepoint, ultimately taking on my current role as Marketing Manager and Finance Lecturer in subjects like managerial accounting, IT, and sport management at the international business school, the European School of Economics.

The current projects we are developing include the creation of a unique transformative educational hub in Genoa, entirely dedicated to managerial training in the healthcare sector. This initiative, combined with the city's nautical heritage, aligns effectively with the launch of the first Master’s in Yacht Management, which I coordinate.

Excellentia is one of the startups I care about most.
Our goal is to create the School of the Future , a transformative and unique place capable of valorizing the uniqueness of children between 11 and 18 years old .
Non-voters and not (yet) independent consumers, this age group constitutes a real "void" of knowledge for institutions and companies. Through our orientation, dissemination and inspiration initiatives we support young people attending Italian and international schools to know, interpret and give voice to their Talents, countering school dropout and the disorientation common to Generation Zeta and Alpha .
