I believe that true progress is not “ doing more ” but “ doing better ”: choosing, simplifying, building trust.
For this project, systems, paths, and initiatives that generate impact without losing the essential: people.
Over the years, I've worked at startups, universities, and organizations, and I've noticed a simple pattern: ideas are often good, but they become difficult to implement when complexity grows, priorities overlap, and there's no clear space for decision-making.
My job, then, is to create that kind of clarity: to help simplify without trivializing, to choose and build a path that people can truly sustain over time.
For me, the social impact also comes from this: making orientation tools and small practices of clarity more accessible, especially in an era in which many, especially the younger ones, feel pressured and discontinuous.

My commitment today
Today I'm building Ceffa Group as a laboratory of projects and capital "with a mission": to preserve legacy, unlock value, and transform it into real impact, across real assets, hotels, properties, and selective initiatives.
Alongside this project, I work alongside teams and founders as an operational advisor on strategy, startups, and sustainability to increase their impact, and as a lecturer at several international universities.
In parallel, I'm working on Si~Side: my most essential translation of this vision: making "direction" accessible even when it only takes a minute.
